Just 20 minutes after stopping smoking, your body begins to see the benefits. Your pulse rate begins to return to normal and within 48 hours carbon monoxide from tobacco is eliminated from the body. Throughout the years to come as a non-smoker, your body function will continue to improve and after 15 years your risk of a heart attack becomes the same as someone who has never smoked!

80% of second hand smoke is invisible and odourless. By stopping smoking, you no longer expose your friends and family members to over 4,000 harmful chemicals found in tobacco.
