It’s never too early to talk to young children about ways they can look after their money. Whether it’s pocket money for helping with chores around the home or monetary gifts received for birthdays or Christmas, it’s vital for all children to understand the value and importance of money.
During January and February, our Looking After Your Money display encourages children to think about where money comes from and why money is needed. It also introduces the topic of gambling by looking at the impact of grabber and coin pusher machines; something many children of all ages will encounter from amusement arcades.
Our display, which features attractive, age-appropriate illustrations, are suitable for children aged 5-10; ideal for primary and junior schools, or children’s libraries.
